Job Overview

Responsibilities:

Achieve sales target for responsible areas.
Coordinate budgets, forecasts and reports.
Evaluate sales representative progress and development through coaching, performance evaluation and correspondence.
Train, coach and develop sales force.
Oversee handling of key customers.
Contribute to the development of the sales, marketing, and customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies for the region.
Ensure implementation of product strategies within responsible area.
Job Requirements:

Minimum 8 years hospital experience with a minimum of 3 years sales management for MNC Medical Device.
Ability to learn functional, technical skills and behavioral competencies.
Good presentation skills
Fluency in English and Thai language
