ให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลสินค้าแก่ลูกค้า
ติดตามงานที่เสนอราคา และงานที่ลูกค้าสั่งซื้อ
ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อส่งสินค้าให้ทันตามกำหนด
วางแผนการขายและการดูแลลูกค้า
ติดตามงานและให้บริการลูกค้าหลังการขาย
