Dental Service Assistant (for GP clinics located islandwide)

Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Update customer registration information and process registration records in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Provide basic dental care and assist the dental surgeons in the consultation rooms.
• Liaise with customer in making dental appointments.
• Deal with enquiries to provide non-clinical advice and information.
• Assist in administrative assignment/ project given by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels, with 1-2 years’ of working experience in dental clinics;
• Applicants must be service-oriented with a pleasant disposition and a passion for the dental/healthcare industry;
• You must be able to work shift hours/on weekends & Public Holidays;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Dental Service Officer position.
