Job Overview
Main Duties :
Develop and deliver sales strategies and action plans which aligned with Marketing strategies with effective budget management.
Regularly monitor and review Key Performance Indicator both sales and non-sales objectives effectively.
Develop and Drive High performance team to ensure business result with professional productivity
Train and coach subordinates.
Collaborate with cross functional team for Sales & Marketing Executive plan.
Effective manage key customers and responsible accounts.
Identify key customer issues and resolves sales related difficulties.
Understand and comply company Code of Conduct for business operations.
Lead strong collaborative culture.
Qualifications :
Male/Female age 30 – 40 years old
Graduate in Pharmacy or Science. Plus MBA is an advantage.
At least 1-2 years experience as Sales Manager.
Proven selling and negotiation skill.
Proactive and positive attitude.
Excellence problem solving and resolution skill.
Have strong leadership, people management and coaching skill.
Good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
